Security:  We want to reassure our customers that our website is a secured site. For maximum security all order transactions go through Network Solutions Secure Locket Layer for approval when order is placed. Confidential information such as credit card numbers will be used only to fulfill your order. We will not disclose any of this personal information to any third party unless, required by law to do so.

Payment:  We accept as payment, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your card will be charged when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped in two to three business days after receiving the order.

All Massachusetts residents must pay 5% sales tax.

We currently ship only to the continental US.

 

We ship UPS ground, and USPS, Monday thru Friday. 

Addresses to PO Boxes can only be shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping to different addresses: If you’d like items sent to different addresses, you must place separate orders for each address.

Return Policy:  We Pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. All our merchandise is carefully inspected on delivery. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return of merchandise only if it is returned within 7 days from the day you receive the order.

The process is simple. You must notify us immediately by calling 508-226-0593 for a Return Authorization Number Tuesday through Saturday.  This number must be visible printed on the outside of the box. Boxes returned without a RA number will be refused and returned unopened.

You must include your name, address, Telephone number, items returning, and the reason for the return. Please be sure to insure all returned merchandise. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in shipment; we recommend that you request tracking of your return.

All merchandise must be returned in its original shipping condition. Please try to use the original packaging material.  We cannot issue refunds on merchandise returned damaged due to improper packaging. Open gift baskets and boxes cannot be returned. All original tags and packaging must not have been removed, please do not remove tags until you are sure of your purchase. We will not accept any returned merchandise that has been worn, has smoke, perspiration, and stains, perfume scents, etc. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be made for any items that are not returned in its original brand new condition. Merchandise will be returned COD.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All Clearance and sale items are a final sale and are non-returnable.
